ebayで欲しい商品がありまして…しかし日本への発送はしていないようなので、日本への発送が可能かメールで聞いてみました。すると、受け入れてくれた様子なのですが綺麗に読みとれませんでした。
どなたか和訳出来るかた、お力を貸してください

We'd be delighted to ship to you!
Shipping will be US$35 via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express airmail. Rate includes insurance. Please note we don't ship via the cheaper USPS regular airmail because that does not have insurance option and we cannot ship without insurance.
Please note the tracking only shows what will happen before package leaves the U.S. since the USPS cannot track package outside of the U.S. and other countries' post office systems cannot track U.S. packages.
It takes average of about 5 business days to arrive after being sent but *** PLEASE NOTE it may take longer because of Customs and the extra security concerns nowadays, and also your country's mail delivery. All of which we cannot control unfortunately ***

For outside of U.S. delivery, *** UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYPAL*** since paypal automatically considers all out of U.S. addresses unconfirmed. And we cannot ship to unconfirmed paypal address. Main reason is we will not be covered by paypal's seller protection policy if we accept paypal from outside of U.S.
However, we'd be glad to accept other forms of payment such as bidpay (http://www.bidpay.com) or international money order in U.S. Dollars, etc. Please note there is a 10 business day clearing period for all international money orders before we ship.

オークションでの着払い、発送会社の無断変更で、２倍の送料がかかりました。

オークションでの着払い、発送会社の無断変更で、２倍の送料がかかりました。
オークション落札者側です。
先日、中型商品を落札しました。
商品説明欄には、「発送は宅急便で、送料は着払い」とのことでした。
それを理解したうえで、落札しました。

「宅急便」は宅配便におけるヤマトの商標なので、宅急便＝ヤマト運輸のサービスと認識し、
ヤマト運輸（クロネコかヤマト便）でくると思っていました。

以前、同じ商品をかなり遠方から送ってもらった際、コンパクトに梱包していただいて、ヤマト便
送料１６９０円で済みました。
今回は隣の隣の県ですし、仮に２サイズ大きく梱包されたとしても、着払いの送料の検討がついたので落札しました。
（ヤマトは私の地域では、一番信頼できるドライバーさんなので、安心感もありました。）

しかし事前に何の連絡もなく、別会社Ａを使っての発送でした。
そのため、ヤマトとの送料の差が２倍となりました。
内訳は、商品代金４７００円に対し、送料３１４０円です
サイズを測ってみたところ、ヤマトなら１５７０円で送れるものです。

商品説明欄とは違う運送会社での発送は、出品者側の一存で行なわれてしまうものなのでしょうか・・・？
また、ヤマトで送った場合とＡ社との送料の差額分をお願いするのは、無茶なことでしょうか・・・

感情論ではなく、法的または、根拠があり、詳しい方からの回答を希望しております。

ヤフオクで国内在住なのに発送方法が国際郵便EMS？
ヤフオクで国内在住なのに発送方法が国際郵便EMSというのをよく見かけます
それらの商品の詳細を確認するとほとんどの落札者が落札価格１円で終了しています
まったく利益がないように見えますが何十件も繰り返してるので何かしら利益を得る方法があると思うのですが
よく見かけるパターンが開始価格１円出で送料一律４０００円（国際郵便EMS）
海賊版を販売している業者だと思いますがコピー品等であっても商品を１円で売ってたら赤字です
つまり国際郵便がミソで送料で利益を得てるって事ですよね？
どういったトリックがあるのでしょうか？
